The bucket sand recovery system is designed and built to recover the sand that does not require
particular washing.
The machine includes a decantation tank with a worm screw to transfer the deposited material to the recovery buckets.
We can also provide twin-wash bucket sand recovery system designed and built to recover the sand requiring more careful washing; this machine has a second chamber where the clean water is delivered so that the sand is repeatedly rinsed and re-mixed with the clean water to separate it from various impurities
Rotation drive is by an epicycloidal gearbox driven by a belt.
